About this deal

Paperlike screen protector: This makes the writing experience easier, in my opinion, by adding the right amount of friction. Here’s my review. These give a child space and the tools to identify, articulate and write about how they feel, reflect on what to remember about their day as well as sections for self-care and gratitude. The Doodle uses weather symbols to describe feelings - easy and relatable language for children of even a young age to use. So, why not give doodling for mindfulness a go! It is an amazing way to look after yourself and your mental health. There is not correct way to mindfully doodle. So there are no mistakes (this idea may take a little work for the perfectionists amongst us).

Remember, this isn’t about creating a perfect pattern or it being exact. Draw free-hand and just incorporate any perceived mistakes into the design.

Mindful Doodling

We love helping people overcome the feelings of overwhelm that modern life can bring while getting more productive and happier. Find your comfy place. Finally, since doodling is in many ways a mindfulness practice, try to sit and doodle in a happy place. Somewhere you feel comfortable, safe, and can have a minute to yourself.

We have a strong passion for sharing all things Bujo to others, as we believe that anyone can get things done and be creative at the same time. With analog bullet journals, you’d have to dig through your archive, trying to pin the moment to a specific time in your life, relying on your brain to remember when-ish you wrote that down based on other foggy contextual clues. It has to be said though that the Doodle isn’t just for little people. We have an ever-growing group of adults who just love the colour and vibrance of the Doodle and have kept it for themselves!

How To Doodle For Mindfulness

A chapter for adults including messages from our expert collaborators and also the science behind the Doodle Diary. If you keep practicing though you will find that each mindful doodling session will get longer and longer and you will gain more and more benefit from it. Let’s dive in and take your Bullet Journal to the next level with these simple and fun doodles. Each of these doodles requires just 4 steps, so it’s all very beginner-friendly. Here we are with yet another post on learning how to doodle, where I’ll share with you some of my best tips and, of course, leave you with 17 step-by-step tutorials. Circle maker. I’m not a huge fan of using rulers at all, but when it comes to circles – you can’t really do it without one. My go-to is this Helix circle maker.
