All twenty-three episodes have been released on various VHS tapes, released by Abbey Home Entertainment and later PolyGram Video/ Universal Pictures Video. Dave: Ooh, listen to this! Oh, look! It's a baby double bass! No, actually, to tell you the truth, it's a fiddle! You know the song, don't ya? It goes like this. Here we go! In Singapore, HVN Entertainment released thirteen 4-episode DVD and VCD volumes of the series that made up the entire series. The volumes were titled "In the Countryside", "Songs to Please", "In the Town", "Things That Grow", "Transport", "Birds", "Sailors", "Words", "Kings & Queens", "Energy", "Important People", "In the Garden" and "Friends". Michelle: Ah. Right, you pass right over to me because you know what we could have a picnic. Now we just need to invite a few guests.

Iain: Oh, I don't know about you Dave but I could do with a kip. I wonder if there's anywhere to sleep in the Fun Song Factory. Strange sounds are coming through the factory and Dave wonders if it's the "Collywobbles" to blame...Iain: Whoo! You were brilliant, well done. Give yourselves applause. That was lovely! Really good! Whoo-hoo! After the original 7 videos sold a combined total of 750,000 copies in the UK, GMTV commissioned a television series in 1998, consisting of twenty-three episodes. Dave Benson Phillips now became the main presenter, and appeared in every episode. Other presenters rotated from a selection of four - Katy Stephens, who previously appeared on Fun Song Factory: Fun and Games, Karl Woolley, a producer for Tell-Tale Productions, Justin Fletcher, who made his television debut role in the series, and Alex Lovell, who also made her television debut. Michelle: Right now, after 3, we're all going to have to shout "Wake up, Dave" extremely loudly. Right, ready? 1, 2, 3...

The Tempo Pre-School video promo from 1995 plus " Fun Song Factory" advert. (announced by Gary Martin) Michelle: Well, I might have known, it's Dave snoring. Right, well, we're going to have to wake him up, don't you think? Iain: But this time, we're going to do all together! We're going to clap our hands, then stamp our feet, then stretch our arms, nod our heads, and then everybody shake together like that! Are we all ready! Are you gonna remember them all?Fun Song Factory is a British preschool children's television series and video series. It was originally created in 1994 by Will Brenton and Iain Lauchlan, who at the time, were part of the Playdays production team. The series was produced through their studio Tell-Tale Productions and was originally released as a Direct-to-video series through Abbey Home Entertainment (and later PolyGram Video)'s "Tempo-Pre-School" imprint. In 2006, a live show produced by Imagine Theatre (under license from Entertainment Rights) featuring the cast toured theatres across the United Kingdom. The show featured brand new songs that were not heard in the TV series. [1] [2] A series of shows performed at Butlins holiday parks in June 2008 featured Dave Benson Phillips and Emma Quintin as presenters. [3] DVD Releases [ edit ] Dave: I'll tell you what, you can join in this time, alright? So get your fingers up. Let's have a look at your fingers. Are you holding your fingers up as well? Oh good. Everybody ready? Michelle: It wasn't loud enough I'm afraid. We're gonna have to do it much louder than that, otherwise he'll never wake up. Right, ready? 1, 2, 3... Iain: Well, factory, haha! I actually asked for a big pot with teabags, not Pat with postbags. Hahaha
