In keeping with the traditions set by London's merchant blending houses of the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, there's no sugar or colouring to be seen here, just good old fashioned rum rested in oak.

hails from the Hayman family (yes, the same folks behind Hayman's Gin), and is London's first rum blending house in over a century!

It is created from a blend of Caribbean, Barbadian, Dominican and Jamaican rums aged up to 12 years! Palate Creamy and elegant, with stone fruit to the fore and the Jamaican funk present but very much in the background.
