The Goo Jit Zu Goo figures have always been goo-filled and stretchy, but the goo-filled orb is new and rather cool. The kids, especially my nine-year-old daughter, are big fans of the Heroes of Goo Jit Zu, loving the squishy and stretchy play and the fun characters. She struggled slightly more to crush the red core than my son but once she managed it she was delighted to see Scorpius turn a darker purple. However, after being impressed with the “Crush The Core” no persuasion was needed, especially when he remembered the spring-back actions on the arms when stretched.
